Big John’s Market has great respect for your not for profit organization, however due to the tremendous number of requests that we get annually we require adherence to our policies outlined below.
1. We require requests be in writing on the organization letterhead and signed by an authorized officer.
2. Please state clearly and concisely what you desire of us. Requests such as “a donation of any kind” cannot be considered because, just like your organization, we have a limited budget and must work within that budget to serve others as well. Besides, we are not mind readers.
3. Plan well ahead. Last minute requests cannot be considered, generally because they cause us additional cost to fulfill. We should have a minimum of 4 weeks.
